The executive lounge was fantastic for relaxing meals and snacks. With stunning proximity to West Lake, exploring the gorgeous surroundings was effortless. And the staff were genuinely eager to help.

The hotel’s environment can become a bit too noisy, especially due to the bustling night market nearby. It can be overwhelming during peak hours.

Amazing stay with great views

Had such a nice time! The furniture and decor were on point, really stylish. Loved the little fruit basket in the room, perfect after skipping breakfast! The pool was nice for a chill swim. Just a bummer that my room blocked the river view. The staff were super helpful, making the whole experience even better.

It was just a great match for one night in Hangzhou with very good value for money. The remodeled floor had a very high level of finish and rooms were pretty spacious. Make sure to check out the lakeside in the evening for a nice atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Hangzhou. The fine views of West Lake were amazing from my King Room Lake View, even if the blocked view was a slight letdown. The staff offered really good service with great attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel.
